Senior Internal Auditor

🌍PREMIER Staff Group is seeking a motivated Senior Internal Auditor

On behalf of our trusted partner, a global organization with operations in more than 50 countries, is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to strengthen its internal audit function. The role is focused on delivering risk-based audits, enhancing business processes, and supporting compliance and operational excellence across international locations.

Key Responsibilities

• • Plan and conduct risk-based internal audits at a national and international level
  • Assess business processes, identify risks, and recommend practical improvements
  • Prepare clear and concise audit reports with actionable recommendations
  • Support implementation and follow-up of audit actions
  • Contribute to special audits and continuous improvement of audit methodologies

Requirements

• • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Law, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in internal or external auditing
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Very good German and English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong IT affinity and structured, independent working style
  • Willingness to travel internationally
