🚚 For our client, a well-established company operating in a high-volume, high-performance market, is looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the company fleet, including trucks and passenger vehicles.

Coordinate with leasing and car rental service providers.

Plan and oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

Ensure full compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Develop fleet replacement strategies and vehicle usage specifications.
-
Negotiate vehicle and equipment purchasing conditions in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
-
Monitor, optimize, and report fleet-related costs (fuel, maintenance, parking, GPS systems, insurance, road usage fees, etc.).

Managerial Responsibilities

Participate in company-wide and supply chain initiatives.

Develop and implement strategies to reduce fleet and operating costs.
-
Ensure efficient resource allocation and continuous service coverage.
-
Lead, coach, and develop team members within the business unit.
-
Define, monitor, and manage KPIs and service level agreements, taking corrective actions when needed.

Requirements

Relevant educational background.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent command of English.

Strong MS Office skills.
-
Strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills.

Valid Category B driving license (active driver).
